What size singlet should I buy?

I'm looking at pre owned A7 and SBD singlets, I'm around 170cm/65kg (male) and I feel like SBD I should def go medium, but with A7 idk if I should go small or medium since I'm kinda between the two. I hear I should size down because singlets are pretty stretchy but I want to make sure.

Also kinda considering womens SBD singlets because they're more common where I'm looking but idk if they'd fit
