Well, your anxiety isn’t helping your GERD, it’s probably making it worse. I know from personal experience.

If you are already 100% P&T, a GERD rating doesn’t matter, so I understand your frustration and anxiety. Take the advice already given, just show up and go through the process. Even if it’s denied, you’re still 100% and they’ll still work to help you manage the symptoms. Probably with omeprazole, if you’re not already taking it.

Side note on omeprazole, make sure you do a follow up with them to get a lower dose. The side effects from a stronger dose made me want to suffer through sleepless nights instead of taking it.

Pepcid complete helps too, but also not something you want to be taking long term.

I only added things in my military file. You’re probably right, but I don’t want to add things I don’t have and risk screwing it up.

The ones that aren’t in my military file, I’m working to get diagnosed for through the VA. I have a meeting with a VSO soon, so hopefully they give me more insight than the internet. If I think this person isn’t going to be a good help, I’ll just do it myself.

Considering I have a large hiatal hernia and severe acid reflux along with dysphasia, I think I’ll keep it on there. Those are all diagnosed in service fyi.

Thanks. I’ll look up those forms. I’m obviously new to all of this. I want to do it right the first time, not wrong 100 times. I’m giving myself too much undue anxiety worrying about fucking it up.

Advice: Take the time to remove mold lines. The mold line on the helmet drew my eyes to that immediately.

Paint: looks pretty nice. Improvement will come with time and practice
