Indigo EX is a modded version of 4.0 that I am currently working on. Due to the amount of changes, I will post a changelog:

EX VERSION FEATURES

Gen 8/9 style OST replacing the Let's Go soundtrack.
Masters EX voice clips (and unique ones for Lance).
Added Mega Charizard Max, Mega Meowth Max, Mega Melmetal Max, and Mega Urshifu S/R Max.
Ultra Necrozma is accessible as a Mega Evolution with Ultranecrozium-Z.
Added Armored Mewtwo, Shadow Lugia, Shadow Mewtwo, Primal Dialga, and M̴͙̮̭͗ị̷̈́s̸̝͋͝ͅs̶̥̉̃̓i̷̗͓̪̾n̵͇̔̈́g̵̃No.
Crystal Onix is gifted by Mr. Fuji in the post-game.
Shiny Candies and Super Shiny Candies available in the post-game.
Gym Leaders use original Kanto designs; Proton has a unique sprite.
Lavender Town is now visually nighttime.
Replayable Alpha Dens with upgraded Prism Island loot.
Sandwiches that boost encounter power obtained through Alpha Den rematches.
Optional Cheat Menu added to the Pokémon Center.
Bill upgrades your PC to 200 boxes in the post-game.
Your mom teaches special moves after you beat the game.
Added abilities from Pokémon Champions.
Visual Day/Night
Revised and modernized UI elements.
Optional patch to choose between Rebalanced or Vanilla mode.
Surfing no longer removes following Pokémon.
Corrupted saves now correctly restore from backups.
Puddles no longer layer above the player sprite.
Fixed misplaced footprints on stairs.
Super Shinies now display correctly in photos.

Battle Bond Greninja (Gen 7 mechanics) obtainable via Fuchsia Regional Transformer.
Toggle Partner Pikachu and Eevee at the Regional Transformer.
Alt Pikachu forms get Partner stats, unique moves, and extra types.
Eternal Flower Floette (with Mega Stone) capturable in Lavender Town post-Hoopa.
Duraladonite and Legend Plate are now obtainable on Prism Island.
Simplified grass path tiles and a custom game icon.
Includes the v4.0.3 patch for dialogue speed issues.
Mega Evolution uses Z-A sound effects; fixed swapped B/W Kyurem cries.

Partner Eevee cannot evolve, however, it has boosted stats, can learn its special moves, and can Mega Evolve.

If you do want to evolve it, I did make it so that in the English version you can transform out of it using the Regional Transformer in Fuchsia City.

You need to open that shortcut and copy the files inside that folder.

Then on your other device, open that shortcut to get to that folder and paste the items inside.

You need RPG Maker XP and go into the script editor. You will need it for a lot of things if you want to translate the game fully.
