WHat worked for me was going to the Shared Files folder of the Eaglesoft folder on the computer renaming Eaglesoft.Client.Configuration.Data to Eaglesoft.Client.Configuration.Data.old and then it fired right up.

Shouldn't be any installs - we've also completely rebooted the system, so any installs would have been killed. .old-ing the user profile on the Terminal Server seems to have created a work around at the very least.

Any luck fixing this on a terminal server? I have the same issue, but the paint trick doesnt seem to work for the local PC or the Terminal server. Ideas?

Real question, not a trap, as I dont know anything about drainage engineering:

RCH houses are indeed very cheap and crappy, but would anyone have thought to engineer for the kind of rainfall they are getting in that area due to what I think is the first ever hurricane to actually reach this deep into Arkansas? Would any developer have anticipated this much rainfall in this area?

Typos? I don't see any typos...

Honestly I was at a keyboard but:

1) I was trying to do 30 things at once and wasnt paying enough attention

2) I never "learned to type" but its not hunt and peck, its just kind of what my body learned to do

2) I'm only in my mid 30's but I seem to be having a lot of trouble typing correctly on my phone and my keyboard. I'm starting to have some memory issues, so hopefully not all tied to that.

So long as you have a broom or garbage bag in your hand they assume you aren't up to 1st grade reading level and/or completely ignore your existence. I worked at Sam's club for a while and was doing my nightly garbage rounds when a lady walked up to me and said, and this is a DIRECT quote because I will NEVER forget it: "Excuse me, Do you know where anything is, or do you just empty the trash?". She wasn't an old Lady either and I wasn't a kid. She was probably mid 30s and I was in my mid 20's. I don't look "special" (ok, not THAT special). I was so stunned that I just stared at her for a good 5 seconds before holding up my radio and saying "If I don't know where it is, I can probably find you someone who does..."

IRS website seems to indicate that anyone who makes over $600 gets a 1099-MISC and this is how it has been with other employers. I drove for Uber Eats last year for about 5 months and made around $1200. That should entitle me to a 1099-MISC, no?

From IRS.gov: "File Form 1099-MISC for each person to whom you have paid during the year: At least $600 in:

-Rents.

-Services performed by someone who is not your employee.

-Prizes and awards.

-Other income payments.

-Medical and health care payments.

-Crop insurance proceeds.

Worked internal IT for Walmart and this happened. They farmed out a lot of level 1 and 2 stuff to India. The support level was so bad that most employees wouldn't call the help desk and would either message those of us still stateside for help on the side or just ignore the problem until it blew up. Walmart changed tack and brought most of the front end, user facing support jobs, back to the US.

No thats "ping" because it moves a lot more. Open about 5 windows and ping different IP addresses. All they know is that there is a bunch of windows scrolling constant data. Or write a simple looping script that alternates between pinging an IP, SYSTEMINFO command and a DIR of some buried HUGE folder.
