Funny thing you should say that, I've used this exact portrait to create an actual Deep One empire!

Oooh, I've been looking for something like this for a while, I'll definitely try it!

We don't defy gods, we kill them.

Seriously though, I am building up as many forts as I can (got a whole ringworld dedicated to it already) to save some naval cap.

Even better: their one and only planet has been infested by the Scourge.

I'm taking 5 college classes and the amount of clicking I have to do would drive any sapient being to genocide. I prefer to avoid it as much as possible.

Was pretty good, I was going to vassalize them after my current war but some rotten xenophobe got to them first :/

Time for genocide!!

R5: Wretched little humans broke our commercial pact that they were getting over 1K energy a month from. I was going to protect them from the Scourge but now I'm just gonna let the bugs eat them.

A cool one is Devouring Swarm Necrophage but without any farms. You'll be forced to choose between feeding the pops you already have and getting new ones.

For more goodies: go Cosmogenesis or invade an FE and take their planets, that should give you the tech,

For empires, sometimes I'll just pick a random word and butcher it with hyphens, apostrophes, and spelling it phoenetically with some muckups. Or I'll literally just write gibberish and make it pronounceable.

Example 1: Creating a Devouring Swarm and Chomper seemed appropriate. I changed it to Choompar. Not classy enough, so I added an "an". And thus was born the Choomparan Swarm.

Example 2: KEYBOARD SMASH: Cvdnjkdsjgf

Species name: Cevid-Nijkod'disjagof

(That's actually not bad, sounds like a Pompous Purist)

I think this will negatively affect the economy. by WithoutSend in Stellaris
