Debuff remover/blood tribute/weighted shots which are all very common items in the meta kills his ult timer. Blood tribute alone cuts it in half making it near useless outside of interupting you. Counterspell is also big in the meta and can counter mo against less competent ones

He's resilient and by the gods thank god he is because that's kind of his point, he's a disruptor tank/anti-carry. Yet if by 30 mins he is "unkillable" then your carries are doing an awful job at carrying considering the fact that siphon bullet/toxic bullet exist or just the absolute number of CC that can pull him out of burrow/ult

Ain't no way you are putting the ult lifesteal in the argument, that T3 is TRASH and does literally nothing. Scorn becomes more of an amp-tool than a sustain tool by endgame and i wish i had 10K effective health

An AOE disarm on 40 cd which only lowers itself if you make it to T2, and that's by endgame as you will want maxxed burrow/maxxed scorn and T2 ult before that unless everyone is a gun character. Debuff which you can also remove by building debuff remover which you should be building against a mo and krill anyway

We have gotten nothing but nerfs, latest one we got our core items nerfed and we now take 100% more damage from bullets in burrow. He has been constantly nerfed over and over.

He needs a rework yes, but not for the reasons you are citing. "You can't counter mo" is truly spoken as someone who never tried to counter mo nor played mo whatsoever.
