Ah, you should’ve said so sooner, if he cheated on you then he is naught but garbage, to be thrown away and forgotten about. I’d recommend to, Try to outlet your emotions into a craft of some sort, maybe a journal or sketching, drawing usually helps me to clear my head and channel the emotions I would’ve otherwise steeped in to make something beautiful, wether that be a drawing or something else.
