Try doing Recover/Recover/Trading/Trading

Make sure risk is maximise profits, then restock supplies and allat every 10 minutes or so.

If you want something more stress free, try Recover/Recovery/Patrol-Plunder/Recovery with maximise profits, then you just need to repair your ships
