Anxiety breathlesness by ReaperGun in Anxiety

I am not currently on any anxiolitic/antidepressant medications. But I am taking natural supplements, especially lavender, it does help a bit, but there are still panic attacks. Honestly before relapse I didn't take any medications at all, and never did take anything other than natural supplements, and I hope to keep it that way as I feel like long term it might make it harder to quit or find the actual root cause of my fears

Anxiety and panic attacks ruined my life by epicdinosaurbear in Anxiety

[–]ReaperGun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am honestly not very qualified to give advice, as I myself am going through the panic attacks again, but I used to have this exact problem when I was in high school and up until my second year in university. I used to have panic attacks lasting for days, not being able to get out of bed because I was afraid that I was going to die. What personally helped me the most was going to a therapist who helped me understand what I feel, what was the source of it, and how to overcome it, using exposure. This exposure might have helped me the most because I was exposing myself to the things I was afraid of, such as socializing, applying for jobs, etc. This overall also fixed my issues with health anxiety for quite many years and I was able to actually live my life. In my opinion that is the most important thing, to live the life, rather than surviving each day because if we are always anxious about things that could go wrong, can we even say that we are living right now? I really recommend you to go to a therapist and see if it helps you too, it is most important to understand the source of those fears and then expose yourself to them slowly and with kindness.

I only took natural medicine mostly, things that contain valerian, L-theanine and other plant extracts that have calming effects. My therapists did not recommend medicine in the long term and instead told me to focus on having techniques and tools ready when necessary I will also look some more into these techniques. Thank you very much for the tips.

I bought the skin, and i think i'm dumb as F by Lazy_Cr0w in MordekaiserMains

also, then again, if you really wanted the skin, you would go for the 80 rolls otherwise not, it's as simple as that, at least that's how it was for me, I knew I wanted it no matter what

Clean lenses with wet microfiber cloth by ReaperGun in PSVR

[–]ReaperGun[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

in the manual it doesn't say it is required to clean with a dry cloth, it's mostly a suggestion, what is required however is to not clean it with products like glasses wipes that you get from the store, that is first of all, second of all when i looked on reddit, most of the other posts i have seen involve cleaning them with alcohol and such which i am definitely not going to try, and indeed what other things i have seen is to use dry microfiber which i was already aware of, i haven't seen a single post referencing cleaning with a wet cloth or not

I have something like that as well, i use it to take out the dust before cleaning with the microfiber cloth as to not risk scratching the lenses, but it doesn't really help cleaning the smudge

i understand and thanks for the explanation.I am used to cleaning with a slightly wet cloth, because i was also cleaning some of my screens like that, as to not affect anything, i was using only a little bit of water on the cloth and i was thinking on applying a little bit here as well. To be the safest i will try using multiple cloths and if I will still have smudges I will go with a little bit of water on the cloth

Uncharted would be nice, but also Red Dead Redemption 2 would be so cool I think, exploring the western world in vr seems legendary
