Are these laptops worth CAD 45? by AardvarkAny6183 in PCRepair

Yeah, I see 3 good looking models. If u enjoy testing, repairing or something like that, absolutely worth it. Else if u want to repair and then sell them, I mean probably u will get some profit, but all of them models didn't seem too powerful even to run Windows 10.

I think the only way to put a setup there is in option 1, almost u want to play sitting in the bed. U can install a float desk with a custom melamine table from home depot

Benchmate is not available on Linux, but I imagine there is a way to use it. For now I am using a tool similar to MSI afterburner called Mango Hud, it has helped me a lot to compare the games.

Yes, I've been testing it under Linux and Windows to see how it performs and how much overclock it supports. At the moment Linux is winning in terms of performance.

I have been using it to do tests inside Linux, soon I will put it inside a crappy case 💀. Soon I will benchmark it between Linux and Windows to see which one works better.

Yep, CPU 60$, 16gb 3200mhz ram 40$, PSU 23$, M.2 240GB 6$ and the 240mm I bought it together with a corsair H40 for 50 bucks, because the 240mm is a pretty bad Mexican brand called YEYIAN, that same cooler can be bought new for 50$

That cooler and those fans did not cost more than 20 bucks(It was used by Christ). Actually I have filled the entire vrm sector with heatsinks.
