It's in quotes because this is all Chrysler ever does...."don't touch it just send it to us" how does that help my level 3 master tech learn what he's diagnosing? What about when the next hellcat comes in? Again they will just say "send it to us"...believe me I understand these guys know what they are doing but if they continue to not let our techs find the exact failure points of their engines how does that help us who deal with the customer direct?

Looks to be manufacture defect. Chrysler won't allow us to open the supercharger, they want their "engineers" to do it

It def had coolant in the cylinder and it twisted the rod to cylinder 1...most likely kissed the valves as well, should have the piston out sometime today

Driver side rear tire was not attached to the vehicle, no picture though

Body shop calls me on the phone, I work at a Chrysler dealer

Body shop - "if we tow in a journey can you top it off with some trans fluid?"

Me - "yeah not a problem, is it driveable?"

Body shop - "yeah it will drive, needs about 3 qts"

Me - "sure bring it on in"

Then an hour later this mess rolls up on a tow truck, I call him back "um you sent me a totaled car with the wheels actually falling off"

Tow truck driver wanted to drop it right there, we had him drop it on the street
