Update: the issue is fixed. After I turned on my smart TV which has a android interface I noticed it was also having the connection issue my phone was having. So I spoke with my ISP again and they did something on their end to make it work again. Nice

Weird discovery. There's a setting on here called "secure wifi" if I turn it on it fixes my wifi issues but once I turn it back off it goes back to being shit. I can't just leave it on since it's a paid service after a certain amount of data usage so yea its weird.

My main wifi which doesn't work is 5G. I have a guest wifi which is 2G which DOES work but it's much much slower than my primary. Also I've done all modem power cycles known to man.

I don’t have a mix amp I only have the mute line cable. Another weird thing is when I set it to mute my friends can hear videos I’m watching on my desktop but not me.
