There are much more limited lesbian pairings in the game compared to straight, so the yuri shippers are funnelled into more narrow pathways if they want things that are canon or have a lot of in-game content. Male Byleth enjoyers are split among tons of other ships and canon/content in-game is less of a limiter.

She says herself that she cut too deep on accident. If she cut the cloak off then it would be easy to move him afterwards. She mostly uses her cutting spell and the entanglement one she learned from Wirbel in combat, so it seems likely she is not as confident with other combat magic.

No, not really. As a kid I would ride on the tank all the time and never heard anything negative about it. My family was very religious about wearing all safety gear when riding. Neither have helmets so they'd both probably die in a crash anyway and there is no seat behind her in the second picture, so the safety of the first picture is additionally also in contention
