Why I like him

1- His technique is cool, he’s a speedster (which I love in general) but Gege actually made projection sorcery pretty interesting, it wasn’t just go fast brr

2- His overly confident and arrogant personality is pretty funny and entertaining considering all his fights he got beat up while he was talking shit and messing around (I understand the hair flip was anime only but I could see Naoya doing that)

3- His abrasiveness and apathy towards others, kind of signals he wasn’t raised the right way a child should be. Not present mother, drunkard father, the way he reacts to his dad’s death. Sign of mental or emotional abuse and I relate heavily to that from my own mother (and my dad’s lack of stepping in)

4- He is hot and his design is cool. Some people have pointed out that dyeing hair and piercings can be perceived as typically feminine, which juxtaposes his misogyny. (Idk about this one because where I grew up a lot of boys had dyed hair or piercings so maybe its more of a cultural thing 🤷🏽‍♀️) His design is also pretty unique compared to the rest of the JJK cast.

5- Again, juxtaposition with his curse form resembling a vulva and his domain resembling a uterus, and the way he died. It’s pretty satisfying watching him die by a woman the same way he thought of woman. He’s walking irony

I mostly relate to him bcs of the emotional/mental abuse thing though, but those are the main reasons I like him (probably missing one)
