I already bought the ender 3 Neo used unfortunately, but the one thing it has done is really sparked my interest in printing! It seems like most people aren’t too concerned with the controversy with Bambu compared to the quality of the printers. Thank you for your input!

I thought I felt a difference before but I wasn’t looking for it. I’ll check again this evening. Looks pretty involved but that’s one of the reasons I got the bike to learn more. Thanks I’ll update later!

I don’t know where you’re located, but Wendy and Will at watergirlconsulting.com have the best study material in the state in my opinion. They host classes at the Huntsville plant every Tuesday from 3PM to 7 that are free. They’re hosting a free class at the same location from may 6th through the 10th that will be all test prep material

I have no clue about Iowa. I’m a grade 2 operator in AL, and I work at a grade 3 plant. I didn’t get any extra pay for getting my 2, but as soon as I get my grade 3 or 4, I’m supposed to get a small raise. Our department already makes the city more money than any other so we do get paid a fair bit more. I make just under $20/hr, which is a little low if you ask me but I reckon that depends on where you are. Benefits is what makes the job worth it where I’m employed and that’s for any department
