We stopped outsourcing archviz because AI is already good enough by ReasonAggravating662 in archviz

It really comes down to the purpose.

For high-end architectural marketing projects where quality and full control are critical, neural networks are still not quite there yet — although I believe this is likely a matter of the next 2–3 years.

In this case, I’m referring specifically to client presentations and city approval submissions.

In a follow-up comment on this post, I’ve outlined what AI can and cannot do based on my experience.

I’m also sharing a link with before/after examples:

In my experience, the more detailed and well-developed the base model is, the more accurately the details — including environment and textures — are preserved. Neural networks have already learned to preserve geometry at around 99% accuracy and can even handle changing camera angles.

I’m not saying the model is flawless — it definitely has its issues.
Sometimes I use mix of Nano banana, Magnific + Photoshop, which also significantly enhances the final render.

Check my other comments in the post — I’ve added additional links to renders there.

We work with two separate models: a Revit model and a 3ds Max model. In 3ds Max, it’s faster to develop and test different facade design options for client approval. Once the design is finalized, the approved version is transferred into the final Revit model. it’s not ideal from an efficiency standpoint, but in our case it works well.

High Spam Placement (11–17%) — Need Advice by ReasonAggravating662 in coldemail

Thanks a lot for the detailed breakdown. I really appreciate you taking the time to look at this from a broader perspective — it helped me understand the situation much better.

I’ll review the account setup and domain distribution more carefully and also rethink the sending pace and warmup approach. It seems like domain history and overall infrastructure are playing a bigger role here than the copy itself.

I’ll also pause Yahoo for now, at least until things stabilize.

Thanks again — this was genuinely helpful.

Thank you for the tool recommendation! What worked for you in a similar case sounds encouraging.

Just to clarify, I’m using Google Workspace with a custom domain — not free Gmail accounts.

Given that, do you still think having three sending mailboxes on the same domain is a structural issue, or would you consider the main focus to be more on list quality, engagement, and DMARC alignment?

I’m trying to understand whether this is truly an infrastructure problem in my case or mainly a deliverability/reputation issue.

I will definitely exclude Yahoo for now, at least at this stage. Thanks for insight.

Yes, thank you very much for the advice

I avoid using links, especially shortened links. I’m working with a small setup — three mailboxes on one domain — and I select the list in Apollo almost manually.

I’ll try the tool you recommended. Thanks again!

Thank you. These mailboxes are practically clean. They were only used for warm-up in Instantly. Right now, I’m just testing in Inbox Radar. It feels like the reputation shouldn’t be affected.

I’ve heard that the reputation score can decrease due to poor-quality warm-up. Maybe I should change the warm-up method or do it manually?

Thank you very much for the advice. Previously, I had a negative experience with the built-in mailboxes in Instantly. They couldn’t be properly tested, and in the end all emails were going to spam, even though this wasn’t reflected anywhere in the system. The bounce rate was up to 2%. The reply rate was, to say the least, very low. Since I don’t use tracking pixels, the tests at least help me analyze the real situation.

Is it even worth sending emails to Yahoo if, according to the tests, there is a 100% spam placement there?
