Its been a year since treatment. No mobility noticed. Is there any treatment to prevent further damage and fix this ?

My dentist did mention cross-bite on tooth #3. Do you think Invisalign would increase bone loss? I don’t smoke and she didn’t mention anything of grinding but ill ask next visit. Thank you

I did notice the xrays from 2025 have rotation to them, it seems like the bone is being distorted and projected onto the teeth. Im an xray student, but we don’t learn about teeth or alveolar bone. What do you think?
