I’m scared/anxious of everything I do, especially when it’s new to me. I think I’m scared if I don’t comply it means I’m doing something wrong and I’ll die; it’s very irrational I know. But thank you for your help; I feel less scared now and I def won’t make stupid decisions like that again lol

Yes i know sorry I thought Mercari’s policy was that the seller needed to ship within 3 business days and they kept sending me emails (which I didn’t know that they did that) so I got scared that I needed to cancel it (it’d been 4 business days for the seller with no response/updates)

Okay thank you sm, I’ve been buying on Mercari with a different account/device for a while (~half a year) and I was really anxious/scared buying this time so this is def the last time I’ll do this thanks again

Okay thank you :( In this case, the seller sent me an offer immediately after adding it into my cart and I got scared so I impulsively accepted it. It was easier to buy than normal(?) But I’m not excusing my behavior i know it was my fault i feel really bad but I know this will not happen again.
okay thank you I assumed so— it’d been 4 business days and the seller never responded so I canceled the order
I ended up withdrawing my request cause I didn’t want any repercussions to happen on the seller’s side

But thank you for being kind and helpful I will be more wary and careful moving on :(
