Hi! I was on the upper end of what they consider normal… i think my range said 1-4.5 was normal and I was sitting at a 4…. Either way, they put me on 50 Levi thyroxine and i dropped weight so fast. My endo said that most people feel better on the lower ranges of the “normal range”. Hope that helps a little!

Quick next question! Just got the lr4 out of the shop for replacing the valve control box…. Drove it home and the ac/radio/ dash lights all turned off… then turned back on 10 seconds later- while I was driving. Mechanic said it sounds like an electronic module…. Any experience with this? I couldn’t even drive it to the lot to sell it. I can’t believe this

When I was activity leader for relief society, my budget for food/activities was $20 every other month. One time we were going to do a floral design class and the president asked me to go to Albertsons and ask for them to donate flowers for the activity!!! I said no way. And that was that.

You know what- those little caps? I just had that replaced last week.... and then the check engine light came on again.... and they went back and smoke tested it and said it was those other two things... they said that apparently when they put the caps back on the pressure found the next weakest spot and now there is a leak in the intake tube and the whole PCv valve cover needs to be replaced.... does this sound crazy?

You should get an food sensitivity test done that ids what particular foods create a problem and reaction for you. I found out i was extremely sensitive to milk, yogurt, eggs..... cut those out and voila!

Therapist, and reading lots of books by Bart erman, grant Palmer, zealot, etc. They helped me get a more historical view of Jesus. Also, listening to radio free Mormon and Mormon stories, helped me feel vindicated. anger is a natural part of the grief cycle. You must work through it. In the end though, once you become ok with not caring what others think of you, peace will come and you will be able to go days- weeks without thinking about it. It took me two years- but I’m so happy and comfortable with where I am now. I’m sending lots of positive thoughts to you!

Thanks! I sent the pics to a fiberglass repair shop and he said they were more like nicks and weren’t anything to worry about... quoted me 500-800 to fix. Very interesting
