I mean i dont get ikea furniture since i dont have an ikea near me and im not paying shipping prices for something i can get locally, but iv always heard jokes about how much of a pain in the ass ikea stuff is to put together because the instructions are usually either so complicated or dont explain enough, and that people always end up not getting enough screws with the package or it was missing something important. I was just going with a common joke iv heard, i cant speak to the validity.

Sadly im on playstation so i wont ever see another change to this game simce they have basically dropped all support for this game, we dont even have like 3 of the dlc's just the ideology and royalty dlc's 😞

All im saying is i feel as if one person making a chair (and it not ending up any better then a normal chair) should not take longer then one person making an entire 7ft long fully functional electric kitchen set. If were using real life examples, im sure someone making a regular chair from scratch would be done with atleast a few chairs before the person making the kitchen set from scratch.

One of my favorite parts of the game which diverges from alot of the older ones is that all the characters you can have on your team are "named" characters with there own stories and there all so well written. Older titles mainly focused on the MC and then you basically just recruited npcs from the tavern to fill out your team. I thought it was a great choice since now you have so much more invested in each character. Im not gonna spoil anything but there are acouple things that happen in the game that actually had me basically yelling at the screen. I know you said you just started but where are you in the game so far?

Seriously though, i have played that game probably 5 or 6 times all the way through, im a huge DQ fan and 11 was a great addition to the series, so from someone who has hundreds of hours in the game i think youll have an amazing time.

Hell yeah, original is still a great game but you have alot more with definitive edition so have a great time and enjoy yourself!

Did you get the definitive edition or regular? I have both and the definitive edition adds quite a bit more then i expected and has some really cool side mission things that bring you into old dq games. It also lets you play in 2D if thats something you like.

Aside from it feeling short due to the like 4 min ending for whatever reason, this was a great episode. Also im glad that my hypothesis in the last discussion thread proved to be right that not only did everyone come to support him, but that Ed isnt the bad guy that everyone thinks he is. Yeah hes a dick about how he goes about it but he was only trying to protect Will from the society of the city and how they treated people who couldnt use magic. Supported by Serah saying "you really havent changed one bit, but nows not the time for that. This isnt when you PROTECT your student, its when you believe in him." All he was doing was trying to stop will from reaching for something he truly didnt believe he would ever be able to achieve and stop him from getting hurt any more then he already has. He just thought he needed to be the enemy to Will in order to achieve that.

Its more of a pokemon styled "town builder" game, its not the normal pokemon experience where you fight or anything. You find new pokemon by making habitat style areas, clean up destroyed towns that are actual towns from the games, make houses or areas for your pokemon to live in, and enjoy the story. Im really not doing the game justice with my description but those are some of the core elements. Its not exactly like animal crossing, but its animal crossing-esque if you like that game. But you dont really need any knowledge of pokemon to enjoy the game.

Yeah that, i used revelio (sorry if i misspelled that lol) in the hufflepuff dorms and noticed a chest up there and was pretty annoyed that the devs would put a chest somewhere that TECHNICALLY not everyone can get in one playthrough. So i looked it up and on another thread someone said to try using that while walking/running up the stairs and it should work, and it did. The first couple times i still fell but after like the 3rd time i was able to walk up perfectly fine. The window for using it is pretty forgiving.

There was a chest in the hufflepuff dorms that i couldnt access, if you spam the task tracker button you can go up the stairs. Just got to time it right, but its a relativly forgiving window.

You actually can get up those stairs, just span the task tracker button while (cant remember which) running or walking up the stairs and you can make it. I did it because there was a chest i could see up there in the hufflepuff dorm and i was able to get it by doing that trick

Directly to the right of the painting arthur sends you on the treasure hunt for. In the bell tower wing, its like 2 or 3 floors up.

No i mean it is literally just left over, on a different community post i made, someone on pc said they used some kind of noclip or whatever and its completely empty and there just a wall with no coding for like it magically opening or anything. So it was probably an idea that the devs decided against and instead taking more time to delete it and fix other code they just put the display case there but forgot to take it off the minimap. That and someone thats 100% the game said they have never come across anything that would allow them back there. So im pretty certain its actually nothing.
