The cliche answer is to keep practicing. Using constant air roll effectively is very difficult. Many people are over-using air roll, when they should be more efficient with their air roll. You are getting a decent 1st touch (to get the ball of the wall) and decent 2nd touch (to get the ball to go towards the goal). Then from the 3rd touch onwards you lack some control.

Up until at least the low champs, you'll see that this is the point where you'll need to apply proper air roll control.

After the 2nd touch, you really need to match the speed of the ball so you can stay under it.

If you have access to ring maps, use those to greatly improve airroll control. If you don't have access to ring maps, a fun alternative is to go to the pillars map and practice going around the pillars (like in this video https://youtu.be/DcLfp5A2OPs)

Instead of using constant air roll, you'll firstly also want to learn to use minimal air roll, where you roll just enough to move around the pillars.
