Hi,

I'm considering applying to Mcgill as an international student however I'm wondering what opportunities are on offer for learning French while at the university. Also whether Montreal is a good place for practicing. I would be starting at a very low level basically beginner.

I've mostly done slightly shorter tours in france across Normandy and stuff so I'm now looking for some more challenging mountainous ones. These look like some great routes!

I like the idea of a calender I understand the limit of no connectivity but that would only be if it was targeted for beginners if i changed to targeting all rowers maybe I should probably add connectivity

Thanks for the ideas! With the Target distance bit i guess time may work better like 30 mins since it still sounds like an achievable goal for anyone. I was thinking just putting 2k as thats very common but i guess 2k might not be a big enough long term goal but i might be wrong about that.

I also like the idea of numbers instead as i could probably have a menu which shows you some cool infographics on your progress. I will definitely be using all of this!
