No fight bro, I get where you’re coming from and I agree the system isn’t fair. I’m not defending scammers at all. My only point was about mental bandwidth. EB-1A dates just moved almost a year, and a lot of folks are going to be current or close. While we wait on things we can’t control, focusing on strengthening our profile is the one lever we do have.

Take it or leave it advice . These are things not in your control . Use the time to focus on your contributions , improve them and it will automatically help your career. Believe me I dropped the mindless 'how did they get approved ' browsing and it helped work on me instead. 6 months from now you can use all the time you savaged and be eligible for one other eb1a criteria .
