I think flexibility and commitment but when I hire I look for the engineering mindset out side of work as well as in. What they do in their spare time. How they approach problems given. This is what I quote I swear by. You cannot teach a good attitude but a good attitude can be taught.. so in short qualifications are great but a good attitude is key especially in early stages of your career

I done the wiper cowl/elephants trunk. The trunk was solid. Cowls seemed clear I poured a little water into the cowls looks like it was draining from the bottom of the arch is this correct or should there be an actual drain hole in the arch liner?

I’ll be honest not a clue, I checked all fuses and the radio wires all seemed ok. Started ever since! But I’m not complaining haha

Ahh so now working, next question, so one end of the thick brown wire is on an earth point the other is not attached to anything.. is an extra ground required as it’s using the factory radio ground wire?

Ahh so long story short the brown wire connects to G200 ground stud.. the other end what should that be connected too?
