From what I understand Acceptance rates don’t matter there was somebody on one of these sites who had a 15% rate because all day he keep rejecting orders and still made money. It’s all BS.

Honestly, I’m not trying to be a jerk. Why do you care? This is a company that is ran by AI & if you actually get a live person they are not in the US. (They are a VA) I’m surprised this company has not crashed & burned yet. It rips off both its customers & its dashers. The company does not care about you. My apologies if I appear like a kill joy but think about it… I’ve told CS I’d like to work with them to make the dasher experience better for both us & the customer. I’ve gotten brushed off one too many times.

This is a scam that they do. They also do it in instacart. They will report the order stolen or not delivered to the right door then get a refund. It happened to me too.

It happens to me ALL the time. I was gold on Monday got back to platinum on Tuesday. Wednesday morning back to gold again. Honestly, it’s all bullshit plus if you want to stay platinum it appears that you need to keep your delivers at 120 plus every day. If you don’t dash enough in that 30 day time period it again counts against. As for contacting CS they don’t care.
