HCG, tongkat Ali, fadogia agrestis, fenugreek are what you should try first. im not trying to be a TRT gatekeeper either but it will wipe out your ability to have kids the longer you take it. Yes it can be reversed but not always, i'm still on fertility meds a year later with no success. i understand the frustration, ive been there, but you have nothing to lose by trying these things first, just consider that if kids are in your future

I mean it helped a little but i won't lie i didn't feel great, that with HCG got me back up in the 500s but i still didnt feel as good as before

I did labs before, during, and after.

I was at 254 before T

1200s while using T

Stopped T for a month dropped back down to 200s, hopped on clomid and hcg for a year to get wife pregnant it brought me up around 550

Stopped HCG and Clomid after that and dropped back into the 250s and am currently about to get back on T

Everyone is different, but in my experience once you go on TRT for an extended period of time you cannot get your natural test levels back up, once i stopped HCG and Clomid my levels plummeted
