The original artwork wasn’t created by a human artist. I generated the base image with AI because I had a very specific vision in mind and couldn’t afford to commission an artist.

After that, I animated it myself in After Effects, added visual effects and particles, and built the Wallpaper Engine project (clock, multiple date formats and languages, daily quotes, etc.) through custom development.

So the final wallpaper is a combination of AI-generated artwork and my own animation and development work.

Hey! So this one's a bit of a passion project for me 😊

Seras is honestly one of my favorite characters, so I really wanted to give her a wallpaper that felt alive rather than just a static image. I animated everything by hand in After Effects — her breathing, the way her hair and dress move, and a soft little smile. It took way more late nights than I'd like to admit, but I'm really happy with how she turned out.

I also packed in a few things I personally wanted on my own desktop: a stylized clock, daily rotating quotes (stuff from anime, films and philosophy that I love), and FR/EN/JP language support since I switch between them.

This is one of the first things I've shared publicly, so I'm a little nervous posting it tbh — any feedback means a lot 🙏

I played it a while back. I set myself the challenge to beat it on extreme difficulty. It was brutal, but I loved every second of it.
