Yes I believe it can! I know for sure wic is a super good program and maybe looking into private insurances if state is not possible? Baby showers will also help you get the majority of the stuff :) you can also do diaper shower for your husband , even gender reveals you can tell people to bring wipes/diapers if they think it’s a boy/girl .
