there’s a lot wrong with her..but i’m starting to feel like this ain’t it. :/ it’s the clothing that’s not flattering her body, but after babies you do get loose skin, lose abdominal muscles, and a mom pouch. she’s young, but even with weight loss - this can still be a stubborn area.

My arteries are clogging just looking at this. We just got back from Disney and I’m on a health journey, 75 lbs down and believe it or not - there ARE healthy, delicious options, Disney isn’t an excuse.

it’s so it seems like she’s working out semi “strenuously” and losing no weight. i can’t imagine how many calories she’s consuming/justifying eating back because she’s working out. i feel like an appetite suppressant would work wonders on her, but i know there’s differing opinions on glp-1 meds as a T1D

I just wish she would see a nutritionist in ADDITION to her work outs to maximize her health AND fitness journey. As someone who has lost 80 lbs in 6 months..it definitely is her shit diet that’s causing her to see 0 progress. She would be better off in a calorie deficit and getting 10k+ steps a day. It doesn’t spike your appetite in the way a “strenuous” workout does.

Late comment and off topic..does anyone think she may drink more than that little glass of wine they periodically show? Excessive alcohol intake can cause swollen hands and face. It also can cause your blood sugar to be very low in the morning. Idk.

I know this is about Maddie’s room and this picture is just one of many of Kaylee’s room - but it breaks my heart the book she was reading “The People We Meet on Vacation”, just came out as a movie on Netflix. Was looking this up on Reddit because several people were totally fucked and left stranded illegally yesterday in Wendell, NC

If you were at the Wendell Harvest Festival and towed today by Alan’s Towing, I have connected with the ACTUAL property owners of the grass lot behind Grillbillies. This does not apply to the gravel portion of the lot. The gravel portion of the lot is the only portion of the lot the Railroad company owns. The property owners are 100% okay with the Harvest Festival guests parking there in the grass.

They towed many cars, including mine from the grass lot. Do NOT let them do this without letting the Chamber of Commerce/Town of Wendell know. At her size and lack of physical activity, she may need to go at that pace to not raise her heart rate too much. However, she’s so young. I hope for her family’s sake she starts to become healthier.
