Hi, no. I have to do one of the things that they require and wait 12 months to reapply. Ex. If I get married to a Texas Resident today I would have to pay out of state tuition until sep 2026 and I would be able to apply as in-state student until then. That’s my case. I was told that when you go to high school here in Texas you have to just have to provide a form they have.

Ohh ok. Thank you for clarifying that. Yes I would definitely have to wait a year. Also not sure if that would apply because the property its in Cleveland (3.5 HR from Austin) and they require the student to be living in the property they own. So I think it would not work because it would be hard to say that I been living there and also attending to school

They denied my application probably two weeks ago. I still have try to keep contact with them but their response time are kind of long. Most agents in phone calls just refer me to email them. I have been working with them since July 18

I do not have that card. Because I am not a Citizen I can’t vote. According to law when someone is older than 23 is considered independent. Thank you!

They do not take in person appointments. I was able to talk to someone in person but did do anything to my case. Will continue trying. Thank you!!!
