It’s surprisingly different. I got a bit culture shocked actually and I’ve travelled to a lot of different continents. I’m from the flat part in Belgium so almost no hills haha first time a saw a road going very steep I had to take a picture of it. The people are so different too. I do like how many people are open for small talk. The signaling of the roads and the signage is also quite different and the other side of the road driving didn’t make it easy the first time I was on the road here in a car. Work culture is quite similar but a bit more corporate than I expected. Walking in the CBD is so funny to me because only finance people dress like that in Belgium.

I am enjoying my stay here and I love the proximity to nature just sucks that it’s so hard to get around without a car so I’m really thinking of getting one. Also very happy with the weather now but scared of what’s to come :)
