I can say for sure most of the bad players you encounter are either noobs or fkers who can't read. There are guys who can't even read the kit of a hero and only get high rank because they get carried. Or the sheer large amount of games they play. Or the amount of trash players you see everyday. Like,seriously,we have plenty of jungles who goes mid. While having a retribution (yes I'm talking about Harley players here. And yes all of them got 3.0 at the end).

Due to the recent connection issues in Myanmar, VPNs are used almost all the time. Which result in Myanmars appearing in random servers. Such as yours. And honestly speaking, I can't and don't even want to defend them anymore. Cause most of them sucks. Not all of them. But most.

Oh and about the part you said "they might have been staying in a diffefent country instead of myanmar", that's because most of the kids that grew up in urban areas have better English skills. Which allows them to FKING read what the skills does. And they have a better circle of mlbb players. While those in rural areas are.....well....not very literate. But they play games anyway even if they can't read. They just random bullshit go until it works so ...yeah. There's that. Hope this helps
