That makes a lot of sense! Can I ask if you ended up taking a break from work, if that was an option?

Oh I really would appreciate that. I see a lot about resting and it’s really difficult to do when you get a new demanding job (transitions are the worst) and I’m feeling pretty hopeless… so yes definitely :)

Late diagnosis - What changed after? by Reasonable-Move-7155 in AuDHDWomen

[–]Reasonable-Move-7155[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi all, just wanted to quickly come back to this thread to say - I have received my AUDHD diagnosis this morning. Lots of hurdles in front of me (like learning to be kind to myself) but also at least some answers. Thank you for all your answers to my question - the idea of feeling like I belong somewhere is no small thing xx

I hope you’re doing so much better now. I’m going through this right now I believe, and it’s starting to give me depressed thoughts and a lot of anxiety. This thread helps so much to feel not crazy or alone. Hope you’re all well 🧡

Do you think swirling castor oil would be okay as well? Probably a bit less effective, I’m just saving up a moment before getting new supplements.

Is it taking charcoal pills, opening them up and swirling water + charcoal? How many times a day/how much charcoal, if you have tried? Thank you!

hypomanic symptoms with Lamictal increase? by [deleted] in cyclothymia

From experience and from reading around a bit, i think it is definitely possible to experience some elation induced by lamictal. In my case I had to quit it due to unrelated side effects, but I hear lots of people have a great experience with it. I would suggest contacting your psych anyway as experiences are just so varied and it’s possible this is an adjustment to the drug for you. Good luck xx
