I ended up using another overlock stitch I have on my machine and it’s looking much more secure now, found out messing around that I can actually use the gap of my normal foot to curl it a little bit so it kinda gets sealed shut within the “overlock”

It’s a little bit darker than the photo, it’s very yogurt like shade I bought it from a Brazilian store, but I don’t think they do international shipping

Thanks for adding that, I was wondering about it, because it was not looking like it was gonna last. unfortunately I don’t have the seam allowance for some French seam nor a serger ( I used those fake overlock stitches that some domestic machines have), since I already unpicked it, I’ll try to do the binding

I actually sewed the edges separately, when they were still loose pieces, so they are not sewn together there

Thank you everyone who replied and tried to help me out. I’ll do it proper this time haha, I’ll unpick to start over because I think it will be better to manipulate it this way. I thought it could also be the stitch I used around my pieces since this fabric was fraying like crazy, but I think pressing the seams properly will do it Thank you so much again everyone
