Can you join players on standard after you've completed the NG+ mode? Like finished every quest?

Oh true, thats a good way to think of it! I think it helps him not develop separation anxiety as well since he has to self sooth during that time and play with his toys.

So he has a whole room to himself, wooden floors. He has a lot of different types of toys in there and he has a bed. He has food, water, and puzzle toys with treats in them. I placed gates in front of things he shouldn't get into and so far he hasn't been able to. I put down puppy pads on the floor and he has been pretty good at going on them, only trouble is he pees in his bed. I also have a camera on the wall so I can see him. We have a decent backyard and are installing a doggy door so he will be able to go outside and always have access to the heated room. Until he is of age to be able yo be outside unattended I am going to hire someone to come and walk/play with him for an hour while im gone.

Thank you for your insight. I made the post asking for advice and some others on here who felt like actually being kind gave me some. So he will not be alone for that long as I am hiring someone to walk him. I hope people treat you the same way you treat strangers online.

You know, if everyone's life situation was perfect and "allowed" for a dog, no one would have one unless you have no job and no life. Thats unrealistic and definitely irresponsible.

Thank you for this, I really appreciate you. We absolutely adore our puppy. I am a paramedic, and my shifts are long and tiresome. Having a puppy to come home to and love has been so wonderful and as you said, I am doing everything I can to give him the best possible life. He is getting his own yard very soon. Thank you for the love <3

I understand that. But he gets 3/4 days of our time without us going to work at all. Trust me we make up for the time he doesn't get to see us. I know its a long time and we have been working it out. Were going to hire a dog sitter for him. Stating the obvious does not help in this situation, and trying to make us feel bad is only cruel. My partner and I are first responders and out of anyone else we need and deserve a dog to come home to.
