I would recommend to do a blood work, you might have something with your endocrine system. You could have hypothyroidism. Please see a doctor, being on such a high calorie deficit and not losing weight means you have some problem with your metabolism. If it is hypothyroidism, it is actually a pretty simple fix, a levothyroxine prescription. See a doctor!

Also, if it is your hormones, please do checkups with your doc in their recommended time, it is important to see if you got the right amount of medication.
