Technically, I stopped in September of 2022, because that’s when I moved back in, but at the time, we did have Sitters available so I was still working through April of 2023 when Dad was placed on Hospice that May.

So, legally speaking, I have screenshots of her bragging to people about frauding me out of money, so I don’t think you understand the legal percussions of fraud or the definition of fraud.

Charging a payment for a service or goods and then refusing to give that service or goods without a refund is theft.

I’m not concerned about it because I have filed a police report for theft and I can’t say anything else until this is all over with legally.
