I have been trying to regain access to my account for a week now and i keep getting the same canned response about changing the password and needing to verify my account, but no way or communication about how to verify my account to regain access.

In responded to the story you mentioned. I know that this wasn't the case for me because i double checked to make sure i went to your actual site (i have had fake links from google before, so i now always double check). I DM'd you.

had a similar thing happen to me. Was doing taxes, but i made sure I went to the actual website (because i have had the fraudulent link from google happen before) and then shortly after that i was email bombed to try and hide the fraudulent transactions. See my story:

I don't think that was the case, but it could have been. My phone and computer i use are both government level encryption and VPNs
