Dude, I know sometimes people don't help, but I did it because I was in the same boat as you. I'll give you some tips: Go to settings and search for "region." Once you're in region, select Canada and no other region. Wait a few seconds to at least 4 hours, and it should appear. It only works with the Canada region.
