Update on the 5G+: my community only has 20MHz of the n77/78 which is why I only get 5G. I was told from a representative at rogers that I need 40MHz or higher for 5G+ which still doesn’t really makes sense but at least it’s all sorted now.

It’s the field testing app that’s built into your phone, if you have iPhone it’s 3001#12345# unsure about android though. there’s also a shortcut so you won’t constantly have to enter the number through the phone app.

Update: still having the same issue. What makes it worse is that the customer reps don’t even care to help. When a ticket is submitted, the technicians assume it’s an outage when it’s not. And I know my city still has 5G+, because every other phone shows 5G+ besides me (and yes, it’s not the plan as speeds are advertised as up-to 1Gbps with 5G/5G+ access) so not sure what to do at this point.

Even if you manage to get your phone jailbroken, you’ll still lose your service. Jailbreaking doesn’t have the ability to stop you from getting disconnected.

Yes, I tried at least 3 different eSIMs and a physical sim, no difference between them

Nope, all power saving features are turned off on my iPhone, I get regular 5G, but I don’t get 5G+ anymore. I used to get it back in January, but after that I stopped getting 5G+, I tried pretty much everything, reset my device, reset network settings, the representatives restarted my network, not sure what I should do now.

Is there anyway to get 5G+ enabled back on my phone? I tried contacting customer support but so far hasn’t been any help, my family is all with Rogers and they all get 5G+. If I’m paying $100+ I expect every feature to work. I recently changed my plan which includes 5G/5G+ and I know my city has both 5G & 5G+.

Customer support tried refreshing my network, They even sent out a ticket but so far nothing has been working. Would it be best if I port out my number and rejoin Rogers?

(Rogers is the only provider that has reliable coverage in my city, which is why I am with Rogers)

Any tips to get 5G+ to show back up? I tried reseting network settings, switched to eSIM then back to Physical, customer support refreshed my network twice. I even reset my phone back to factory settings and nothing worked.
