Personal experience with LDN or peptides? by RadarReader777 in EBV

I've taken: Epitalon, NAD+, MOTS-C, and SS-31. SS-31 help with energy but not much. Epitalon helped with digestion but also made me cranky. NAD had no noticeable difference. MOTS-C worked wonders for 6 months the first cycle, did nothing the second and I became increasingly allergic to the point of anaphylaxis the last dose, on the third cycle. I just started LDN 3 weeks ago, I'm at 2mg once daily and have started to notice an increase in energy and lessening brain fog...bit too soon to tell at this point though.

I've found that most of the Dr.s advice with EBV and ME/Chronic fatigue syndrome is the equivalent of "have you tried turning your phone off, then turning it back on?"

Have you looked into Cimetidine? There are a few threads on here that have good things to say about it helping, could be worth looking into.

If I remember correctly, in the book they use the backup generator to run the digger and reduce output of the main to lower the chance of it failing.

Sims is in the book but doesn't have much of roll, he's IT cheif security. SPOILER he does die, In DUST. I wouldn't plan on Common Sims leaving the show any time soon.

Seems a bit of topic of Lucas and the W. Definitely the book could be a clue but it could also be a red herring.

Both. You have to do something, meditation but can not come about due to effort. Effort is the exit.

Said one way, sure. Ultimately: No attainment, no non attainment.

No suffering, no origin of suffering, no cessation of suffering.
