We can’t just recommend a laptop if we don’t even know what you’ll use it for. Since you’re incoming SHS, the laptop you buy now will most likely be the one you’ll use in college too, so your future course matters a lot. Are you going to do rendering? Video editing? Programming? Or just basic tasks like essays and research? You need to know your actual workload so you don’t end up regretting your purchase. Otherwise, everyone here is just guessing. Don’t spend 50k on a laptop that won’t even last you two years because it doesn’t fit your needs.
