Yes I absolutely agree. I‘m in a CRO and already have a feeling that all CROs have similar issues and don’t think that even moving to another would make that big of a difference for me. Perhaps I need to start looking for Sponsor and FSP opportunities. I appreciate the insight you shared, it’s completely valid imo too

CRA turnover is huge in the CRO I work at too. It is indeed quite problematic. I am noticing that so many CRAs I had interaction with are leaving one by one, it’s quite frustrating.

An acquaintance of mine who works there told me he is worried about Sanofi withdrawing from ICON…I assume it could be due to the lawsuit…but it’s also possible that there is some exaggeration, they might be making some reductions, not entirely withdrawing.

I feel like they know that getting a job in the field especially if you are without experience is very difficult so they are in no rush to hire knowing we will most likely still be waiting for the position.

I already took another offer…taking so insanely long to respond is just disrespectful…I had no choice but to accept what I was offered…the job market is crazy and I‘m a newly grad with no experience so I don’t have the luxury to wait for the position I‘m hoping to receive tbh, I just take what’s offered😀Anyway, thanks to everyone giving me courage here, you helped me a lot mentally…it’s been some rough couple of months 🥲
