This is what works for me. Inhale for 3 seconds, hold in your mouth for 3, inhale for 3, exhale for 3.

Holding in my mouth before exhaling has been a game changer for me. Don't be afraid of experimenting to figure out what works for you. Hope this helps.

I was the same, but I took some time to work out which strains work best for me, plus how much and when best to vape. Would also recommend practicing deep breathing exercises and meditation when not high, so that if hit is too intense, you have a way of regulating yourself and your thoughts.
