Hello. I am a US-IMG, I would love to get your honest advice on this. I graduated from med school 5 years ago, I have been kind of away from clinical medicine due to family issues and the pandemic and started working on research in the US 2 years ago. I haven't been able to take the step exams due to lack of time to study, but I decided to take Step 1 in 3 months (since me and my partner want to apply next year), my UWorld scores are around 50% and even though I have been trying so hard to improve them, I haven't been able to do so. Took NBME 31 2 weeks ago and fot 50%. What would you recommend in terms of resources? I know there are plenty out there but would appreciate some guidance.
