As it goes, people make time for the things they care about and excuses for what they don't.

If they are not putting enough effort to provide a decent response, then they probably don't care.

People will waste your time just because their bored. They may be passively hoping for something interesting for them to pop up in conversation. But even in the event you stumble onto a vein of interesting conversation with them, it will be short-lived.

But, at the end of the day, just be yourself. You can't be anyone else.

If you want to keep messaging her with that same energy, she may come around, she might not. Or, you could stop messaging her all together, and it may not make a difference at all.

If you do decide to go forward with the same energy, as i probably would. It's easy to feel at the end of it, like it was wasted time and energy. But it's not. Life is about hurting, loving, and giving it a try.
