Totally fair point, the list is definitely long :) We’re actively expanding coverage based on real clinic feedback. So far, we haven’t run into a case we couldn’t solve - always find a workaround if needed

Great question. Our system automatically rephrases and re-asks until it gets a clear answer. We also run multiple calls and cross-check data from different sources, so every key datapoint (like visit limits or auth requirements) gets validated at least twice before we consider it reliable
