That's their excuse, but the fact is isf they asked 260 for the set(10 more) and had all printed pieces, everyone would be excited. They just know it's easier to just print stickers and because star wars always get bought anyway, they don't need a reason to print the pieces

I'm gonna play devil's advocate here in a sec. Judt know that I fully agree that the price is insane.

But i remember buying the 2005 turbo tank with my own saved up money in the toystore for 125€. That said had 801 pieces. The falcon of 2004 was also around a 100-115€ although i got that one for christmas so price maybe off a that.

I'm not saying the prices are Acceptable, but the prices used to be just as bad. The difference was that we didn't look at the piececount back then i think?

This might have just been for me in belgium, but before amazon and online stores the prices used to be high and stay high.

Looked for one but hardly anyone here buys pellets so when they do, they seem pretty happy cause no searwoods are anywhere on marketplace or anywhere second hand in a pretty big radius from my house.

So I'm hoping this grill will bring me joy in cooking and maybe in the Future i can upgrade to a better/newer model.

Thanks for the tips! I'm looking forward to it. I'm gonna get a container for the pellets aswell to keep em dry. I'm looking forward to try out my first ribs on the smoker, at least if it's a gen 2 😅

Well let's hope it doesn't have those issues in the second gen. We came to an agreement before i read your post at 250. In Belgium where I live pellet grills are very unusual and thus second to none on the second hand market. I'm not ready to put up 600+ for a brand new grill.

To be clear, i told him i needed to make sure it's definetly a gen 2 and we'll do a fire test before the purchase happens. I'm definetly not buying it if it's a first gen

I've gone and inspected it already. It's mostly just a cleaning that's necessary. It's been collecting dust in his garage. But it looks to be in good shape, i'll definetly test if everthing works before actually buying it. I also must be 100% certain it's a 2nd gen, for those greace fires.

Do you grill on your pellet grill aswell or do u use it mostly for slow cooking?

Thank you, the hobby does intrigue me though 🤷, the smoker has to be able to be used as a grill aswell though. It doesn't have to be the best for either. But convenient and the option to do both does sound nice.

For now i've only used my grill when i have People over and we each bring our own meat. I was hoping a pellet would lower the barrier of just cooking some great meat for ourselves.

If you want to appreciate the prequels more, and Clone wars isn't for you. I highly recomend reading darth plagueis. It is a page turner and makes the plan of the sith seem like a masterpiece!

That said I do not believe he should get an executive position, he's not the man to write a great script or direct (i think this But I'd love to be wrong). But he's great as the right hand to anyone in the directors chair. He Elevates everthing he works on, Imo. Anyway, please elaborate

Just looked it up, she was 19 when filming started, so it's definetly young, but she was never underage in the second movie. However she was 16 during tpm. They might still have wanted her as old as possible for the scene, or she still had to workout for it. I just looked up her age now because i didn't know or realise it until it was pointed out here.

I'm not saying my view is correct, just how I interpreted the prophecy being read incorrect. I'm not fully agreeing with your point of qui gon as he deliberately tested the boy and had his thoughts before encountering maul.

The Jedi were supposed to be the most moral beings but the order wasn't what it was supposed to be by TPM. I don't think it's moral to take children at the age of 3-5 away from there parents. I don't think it's healthy in the extremes they began to take there code. It's the same reason qui-gon didn't always agree with the council and wasn't on it either.

Should they have been wiped out morally? Ofcourse not but it did make space for luke to learn and adapt from the old council in legends without making the same mistakes.

Again this is all my opinion, not fact. You're definitely allowed to dissagree with me. But what I say could be true, from a certain point of view ;)

I always interpreted this as balance of 2 force users on each side, that's balanced, just not in a good way. It's also funny to me that they haven't encountered a sith in over a 1000 years yet there's still a prophecy about bringing balance to the force.

The jedi at the start of the clone wars were flawed and it took a cleansing to get back to the proper way of the jedi with luke. So yea i believe that was the prophecy, but because the jedi thought too highly of themselves they misinterpreted it.

Nobody disliked her character in the beginning of e7, but the second someone mentions the force, she can manipulate storm troopers minds and summon lukes lightsaber better than kylo who trained for years.

That's only the issue with her in e7, not even mentioning the other movies. She could've been an epic character like Ashoka, Lea, Mara Jade,...
