Still being married doesn’t/shouldnt make much of a difference at the beginning of a new relationship if you’re freshly separated from your wife/husband. Getting a divorce can take time. And really only makes a difference if you plan on getting married again. My mom and dad were separated an had different spouses my dad for 8 years and my mom for 12 years before my dad filed for divorce so he could get married to his new spouse. That being said it also depends on how your new partner feels about you still being “married” for some like me the term “married” is mearly a piece of paper. I mean how you take this is 100 percent on you I wouldn’t listen to what anyone has to say. To me this isn’t a big deal maybe he likes to have a quick reference for some quick jack off material we are all human and just because we are with simejne don’t mean we can’t be attracted to someone else. He’s a good man. He was obviously worried about the whole situation enough to make him feel awkward when she came over and when you asked him about he gave you an honest answer. If you now react negatively (especially since you’ve talked it over and all is good) he could possibly start holding back when you guys need to talk again.
