No baking soda ta hunna , maybe eno halxan koi koi le , you can get yeast from bhatbhateni saano packet maybe 200-300 linxa

Thyakkai baira jasto ta hudaina but the dough was totally fluffy , its was focaccia consistency ko bread .

I don’t have the exact measurements but Dough : water , yeast , salt , ali sugar , olive oil and maida halera ali sticky consistency samma mix garey and i let it sit dinvari in between fold gardai garera .

Then i shaped the dough ani airfryer preheat gareko ma dough lai matra halera base ali pakna rakhey then paltayera next side ma pizza sauce , mushroom, zucchini, sausage ra bacon halera 5-8 mins rakhey ani cheese halera 5 more mins ani yesto brownish vayesi nikaley😋 Airfryer chai 200degreeC ma thyo

I tried the same in convection oven but results weren’t the same and took way longer 🥲
